A treasure trove of new books as well as astronomy and physics classics.
The ASKC Library contains a good mix of over 300 items, including books on cutting-edge science, instruction and guidance on many subjects, biography, juvenile literature, and books to peruse that will bring back nostalgic memories. The library is for use by all members and is open at all general meetings held at Royall Hall. It is one of the many perks of ASKC membership.
Our little mobile library has undergone several changes over the years, including a major upgrade in the quality of materials offered to members, and a paperless, interactive catalog called Libib, specially designed for small libraries. You need not be a member to browse the catalog — ASKC members may log in using the “patron login” button to view the status of checked-out materials and place holds on items for future pickup.
