ASTROPHOTO-PHOTOSHOP WORKFLOW TUTORIAL
by Tom Martinez
The tutorial is from a Photoshop class held at Powell Observatory for ASKC members who wanted to learn how to process an astrophoto
The zipped file (Astrophoto-Photoshop Workflow.zip) contains two files: A PDF file with the workflow and a RAW image of M31, the Andromeda Galaxy. The workflow is a step by step procedure allowing anyone with Photoshop to learn how to bring detail and color into an image. The steps are quite involved and will take a newcomer a few hours to do, but once it is completed, you will understand what it takes to make those astrophotos you see on the internet.
Note: You will need a program to unzip the contents of this file. Zipped size = 48 MB
